Members of the Harwood Class of 2024 received their diplomas on Saturday, June 8, before family and friends during a festive, upbeat graduation ceremony on the front lawn of Harwood.
The senior class chose high school teacher Rob McCloud to deliver the traditional teacher address. In his address to the crowd, he celebrated the graduates' many accomplishments and encouraged them to be explorers and find those people and places that will enrich their lives.
Principals Meg McDonough and Laurie Greenberg pointed out that this senior class is an exceptional group with endless potential. Principal McDonough encouraged the graduates to “reflect on the legacy that you choose to leave behind as you continue your journey in life.”
